Chinese Green Teas(Pot or Iced)

Green Jade $2.95
Refreshing, sweet green tea. Hints of fruit and spring with a characteristic grassy note.
Jasmine Yin Hao $3.95
China produces seven grades of Jasmine Tea, with Yin Hao being the finest, taking over a month to produce. As night descends and temperature cools, jasmine buds unfurl into striking white flowers with an intoxicating aroma. After the flowers are selected, they are picked during the heat of the next day when the buds are tightly closed. Then they are placed atop the drying tea leaves for a period of up to 4 hours. This slow infusion process is repeated with fresh flowers a minimum of 12 times, and the result is this wonderfully scented tea with exquisite flavor.
Temple of Heaven $2.45
This tea, also known as gunpowder is so called because the leaves are hand rolled into tiny pellets that unfurl into long green banners. As the name implies, this tea has a spark that lifts you up and gives your palate something above the ordinary.

Japanese Green Teas

Gen Mai Cha $3.45
During the 2nd World War, there was a tea shortage in Japan. To extend the life of their tea supplies, the enterprising Japanese added husked rice to the tea leaves, serendipitously creating a classic tea enjoyed by countless people around the world. The tea has a unique taste of fresh popcorn combined with hints of rich barley.

Chinese Black Tea

Pu Erh Mini Tuo Cha $3.45
Often aged in caves, this compressed Pu-erh has an earthy, distinct aroma that emanates from the slow unraveling of its unique bowl shape. unwrap its tissue drop it into your cup and add boiling water, then enjoy its distinct flavor and bouquet, as you would a good port. Recent claims show this tea to be effective in lowering cholesterol and aiding digestion.
Lapsang Suochong $2.95
This is a strong, robust, smoky tea, produced by withering and drying over open fires of pine. Made from the larger souchong leaf, perfect for hearty breakfasts and meals. Superb warming cup in winter. Yunnan $2.95
Full Bodied tea, robust with a chocolatey after-taste. Grown in the Yunnan district in China, long considered one of the finest varietals on the globe, versatile and cherished. Referred to as one of the 'noble' teas. Superb with a hearty breakfast, whilst collecting one's thoughts, or in the afternoon when one is just quietly thinking.

Indian Black Tea

Darjeeling $3.45
Grown high in the foothills of the Himalayas on the famous Bio-dynamic Makaibari estate, this tea is one of the most sought after leaves in the world. It has a nutty note, pronounced greenness, strong character, yet delicate disposition. It will satisfy all day any time of the year. Hearty enough for breakfast, as elegant and distinct as any dinner party. Stands by most foods proudly. The Darjeeling we serve is an autumnal flush Darjeeling. It is harvested during the fall.

A blend of Chinese black tea, dried peach chunks, and ginger. An excellent mix that both satisfies your fruit cravings and has a little kick to excite your palate. Tastes great as an ice tea or hot.

Oolong Teas:

Jade Prince $5.15
An outstanding oolong from Taiwan, this tea has a light green color and a sweet aroma with smooth deep flavor that has hints of pineapple.
Buddha's Finger $5.15
A darker, richer oolong with distinctive peach pit characteristics.
Iron Goddess of Mercy $3.95
A beautiful curled leaf from China that produces lovely, fragrant, amber liquor. Tender peachy notes intermingle with nutty overtones. According to legend, an iron statue of the goddess of mercy stood in a run-down temple. A faithful tea farmer saw the temple's condition but could not afford to repair it. The farmer dutifully cleaned the temple two times a month and burned incense to honor the goddess. To reward his efforts, the goddess gave him a young tea plant that grew and produced a superb drink. He named the tea after the goddess and gave many cuttings to his neighbors. The rest of the tea was sold, and with his new wealth he repaired the temple.

Ruby Jewel $2.95
The aggressive notes of blood oranges softened by the suggestive sweetness of pear, create a fruit tisane that is full-bodied and refreshing.
Chamomile and Lavender $3.45
Soothing and fragrant, will coax the terminal insomniac to sleep. If you like, leave the tisane in the water since there is no bitter aftertaste if left in too long. This tea helps stimulate digestion and eases stomach pain.
Rooibos with Vanilla $2.45
A tea from the western cape of South Africa, it is rich in minerals and Vitamin C. It has a rich amber color and a pure natural aroma and contains Iron, Potassium, Calcium, Copper, Zinc, & Magnesium. Roobios has a smooth, mellow flavor and is great as an iced latte or hot. It is a powerful anti-oxidant.
Yerba Mate $2.45
Grown in South America, this herb has a light grassy taste to it and is good hot or cold. Because of the chemical make up of this plant and how the body absorbs it, it has a natural ability to provide a good amount of charge, though it contains no caffeine. It contains over 24 vitamins and minerals and 15 amino acids and it is these wealth of nutrients that give the powerful simulative effect.

Is an irresistible treat!! A heavenly blend of toasted mate, cocoa, sunflower petals, almond bits, cactus flower and cornflower blossoms, with a chocolaty taste. Great for a steamed milk tea.
Honeybush $2.95
Comes from a South African Cape Area. It has a pleasant taste, mild and sweet with a light fruity, honey like touch. It contains no caffeine and can be enjoyed both hot or ised.
